    Hi Fernando,

Sorry for the delay in response. Unfortunately the Solver that generates this message is no longer owned by Frontline Systems, but is instead owned by Microsoft at this time.

What is normally recommended is to do a Full Repair of your Microsoft Office installation. There are steps for for this here:

    https://support.office.com/en-us/article/repair-an-office-application-7821d4b6-7c1d-4205-aa0e-a6b40c5bb88b

I apologize that we can't do more and don't have an exact answer for you on this one. If the problem continues post repair it would likely be best to contact Microsoft for further information.

    Hi Brandon Takahashi,

I tried to repair Microsoft Office following the website instructions but it didn't work. I'll contact Microsoft again, but I've already contacted them once and they weren't able to help me, they sent me here.

    Thanks for your response.

    Hi Fernando,

That is unfortunate. Would you please let us know what bit version of Microsoft Office you're running?

This can be checked with the steps here: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/about-office-what-version-of-office-am-i-using-932788b8-a3ce-44bf-bb09-e334518b8b19

What we can try to do is provide a copy of the Solver files (SOLVER.XLAM and SOLVER32.DLL) from a known working system with the same bit version you're running as a "last resort". Unfortunately if a working system's Solver files don't work on your setup I'm not sure what else we may be able to provide but I would like to give it a try if you are okay with it.
