I want to make simplex logic to distribute the demand quantity for efficient equipment assigned

Hello,
I want to make simplex logic to distribute the demand quantity for efficient equipment assigned.

But I didn't understand to using direction for the Solver.

Please look at the attached excel file.
There is a demand quantity, constraints, the results.

Constraints
1. [Equipment capacity by product]
- Establishing the priorities of the consideration of the ability of the equipment of each product.
- If a equipment performance of each product is zero, assignment does not add up.

2. [Quantity of production available for each equipment today.]
- Each of the day's facilities available quantity should not exceed.

Using these two constraints, efficient equipment allowance for each product of logic, I want to make.
