How we can test the power dissipation and efficiency of logic gates like NAND using monte carlo simulation?

I am doing a seminar on SUBTHRESHOLD DUAL MODE LOGIC.In that,am using monte carlo simulation for analysing various behaviour of logic gates such as NANA and NOR.But I dont know how to do this.Wil you plz send me a code to evaluate the behaviour of logic gates.
